Privacy Policy

iViRTH ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and data sovereignty of every institution, educator, and student on The Great Indian Campus platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, and protect data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023.

1. Data We Collect

  • Institutional Data: Academy name, registration number, contact details, branding assets, and subdomain preferences.
  • Educator Data: Staff profiles, teaching subjects, session activity, and platform lead credentials.
  • Student Data: Enrollment records, course progress, attendance, assessment scores, and gamification tokens (collected and owned by the Institution).
  • Curriculum Data: Syllabus, notes, and e-books uploaded to train the institutional ion AI model.
  • Transaction Data: Payment records for course sales, kit purchases, and affiliate earnings processed within the ecosystem.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To initialize and operate the Trinity infrastructure (Helix Identity, ion AI, VISE Matrix).
  • To generate analytics and growth reports via the VISE Matrix.
  • To train the institution-specific ion AI model on the curriculum data provided.
  • To process commercial transactions and facilitate automated institutional payouts.
  • To comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

3. Data Sovereignty & Isolation

  • Isolated Silos: Every institution's data is stored in its own encrypted, isolated silo. No cross-institutional data sharing occurs.
  • No Advertising Use: iViRTH shall not use institutional or student data for third-party advertising.
  • No Cross-Training: Curriculum data from one institution is never used to train ion AI for another institution.
  • Institutional Ownership: The Institution retains 100% ownership of its curriculum data, student records, and branding assets.

4. DPDP Act 2023 Compliance

  • Data Fiduciary: Each partnered Institution acts as the Data Fiduciary for student and staff data collected on its platform.
  • Data Processor: iViRTH acts as the Data Processor, processing data strictly on the Institution's behalf.
  • Consent: Institutions must obtain informed and unambiguous consent from students (or guardians for minors) before onboarding them.
  • Data Principals' Rights: Students and staff have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of their personal data through the Institution's Unified Dashboard.

5. Security Measures

  • End-to-end encryption for all data in transit and at rest.
  • Isolated cloud-native architecture with no single point of failure.
  • Granular role-based access control via the Master Admin Dashboard.
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

6. Data Retention & Portability

  • Data is retained for the duration of the active license term.
  • Upon termination, the Institution has the right to export all student progress data and curriculum files in standard formats.
  • iViRTH will delete institutional data from its systems within 30 days of confirmed export and license termination.
