Terms of Service & Institutional Policies

1. Legal Agreement & Scope

These terms govern the relationship between iViRTH and the Institution (Academy/School/Coaching Center). By adopting the Great Indian Academy License, the Institution agrees to these terms, which are structured to align with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020's vision for digital integration and "Open Learning".

2. Technical Infrastructure & Service Levels

• The Trinity Ecosystem: iViRTH provides the Helix Identity, ion AI, and VISE Matrix.
• Helix Identity: A sovereign digital identity ensuring institutional branding and data ownership.
• ion AI (Generative AI): A high-performance assistant tailored to institutional curriculum.
• VISE Matrix: An analytical engine designed to measure student progress and educator effectiveness.
• Data Sovereignty: Every Helix Identity operates within an encrypted, isolated data silo ensuring total privacy.

3a. Compliance — DPDP Act 2023 (Digital Personal Data Protection)

• Data Fiduciary: The Institution acts as the Data Fiduciary for student/staff data.
• Data Processor: iViRTH acts as the Data Processor, maintaining isolated silos for every institution.
• Consent: The Institution must obtain explicit, "informed, and unambiguous" consent from students (or guardians for minors) before onboarding.

3b. Compliance — NEP 2020 & NCF 2023 (Pedagogical Alignment)

• Holistic Development: Modules must be used to support the shift from rote learning to critical thinking.
• Multilingual Support: The platform supports instruction in multiple languages to align with NCF 2023's multilingual mandate.
• Competency-Based Assessment: The VISE Matrix must be used to provide formative assessment data, moving away from high-stakes summative testing.

4. Financial Terms & Monetization

• License Fees: Annual fees are structured by tier (Starter: ₹2,999, Growth: ₹4,999, Pro: ₹9,999).
• Add-ons: Helix and VISE initial activation and setup are billed at ₹199/month.
• Platform Commission: A 12% Commission is applied to all commercial transactions (course sales, kit sales) processed within the ecosystem.
• Automated Payouts: Integrated payment gateways handle automated institutional payouts for commercial transactions.

5. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

• Curriculum Ownership: The Institution retains 100% ownership of the curriculum data provided to train the ion AI.
• White-Labeling: The Institution is granted a license to use Helix Identity for branding its web and mobile presence.
• Security: Institutions must maintain the security of their "Master Admin" credentials for operational dashboards.

6. Privacy & Data Handling Policy

• Encryption: Data is stored in encrypted, cloud-native architectures capable of high-concurrency.
• Data Usage: iViRTH shall not use Institutional data for third-party advertising or cross-institutional AI training.
• Access Control: Unified Dashboards provide granular access control for Masters/Admins to manage student privacy.

7. Termination & Exit Rights

• Data Portability: Upon termination, the Institution has the right to export all student progress data and curriculum files.
• Revocation: iViRTH may suspend the license for violations of the "Trinity" integrity or failure to pay licensing fees.

8. Contact & Dispute Resolution
